*GST is applicable if the delegate will be based in Australia on the day of the event. Please ensure that you select the correct option on the registration page as sales are audited to ensure compliance with Australian law.

In-person registrations will be accepted up to the day of the event, subject to capacity limits. We strongly encourage and advise registering in advance.
For on the day registration, please ask our staff at the registration desk to assist you when you arrive. Payment must be made in full on the day.
Online-only registrations will be accepted up to the day prior (19 November, 5pm Melbourne time).

We can accommodate most dietary requests, however, due to the commercial nature of the kitchen at Crown Promenade, no meals can be guaranteed to be 100% free from allergens.
We are committed to supporting inclusion and accessibility, with the following features available to all delegates:
Quiet room (as available - not bookable)
Lifts (all conference rooms are located on level 1)
Accessible, individual and all-gender bathrooms (on level 1, adjacent to the main meeting room)
Online joining via Zoom webinar, including live transcription
Recordings of presentations will be made available to all attendees after the event.

The breakfast meeting will be held from 7:45-8:45am in rooms M1 and M2. A selection of light snacks and tea and coffee will be available.
We will collect RSVPs for the breakfast meeting closer to the event.
The networking reception will immediately follow the main conference proceedings, in the foyer area.
Canapes and a selection of beverages will be available while you mingle with fellow delegates.
No RSVP is required to attend the networking reception.
